Private collection
See in the collectionA cowgirl crouching under the willows, painted in 1888 in the pointillist manner: Durand-Ruel bought it from Pissarro on 10 November 1888 and sold it to Baron Denys Cochin on 24 February 1892, his first known Pissarro[1, 2]. Returned to the painter in 1901, who repainted and redated it, it is, the catalogue says, the only known case of a Pissarro retouched after leaving the studio[1].

Today: In a private collection in the United Kingdom, after Carl Sachs in Breslau around 1911[1].
